Food & Wine and Bon Appetit are fans of Bryan’s burgers, this Father’s Day relax on the BoxJelly deck and enjoy his juicy burgers, crispy fries and creamy shakes by TRY Coffee!
TICKET INFORMATION
The burger pop-up is at BoxJelly in Ward Center on Father’s Day, June 18 with two seatings: 4:00 p.m. and 6 p.m. Ticket prices are $15 to $18 and can be purchased online.
Grease Coast by MotoBurger is a nod to Bryan’s dad, Rick Mayer who raced motocross in the ‘70s and ‘80s and his belief that a good burger, like motocross, is always exciting, fearless and a little greasy! The burgers are made with beef provided by Mauka Meats, a local purveyor committed to improving the economic outcomes of small family-owned ranches in Hawai‘i. At Grease Coast, Mauka Meats founder, Micah Kukunaokala Richards, will share his thoughts on building a tasty future.
Sip, Shop and Relax!
Hana Koa Brewing is serving icy cold beer to pair with Bryan’s burgers and guests are also welcome to BYOB. BoxJelly member, DJ Forrest is spinning delicious sounds.
TRY Coffee (located in the BoxJelly) will be serving classic vanilla shakes and a special coffee shake owner and new dad, TK Yamada, created for the event.
Andrew Mau, owner of Island Boy will be on hand with a capsule collection of his favorite dad worthy gifts including his famous shaka bottle openers.
